Code Of Conduct

- The following items are not allowed in or around the Club grounds:
- Alcohol
- Illegal Drugs and Mind-Altering Substances
- Guns or other Weapons
- Anyone displaying inappropriate verbal or physical behavior including, but not limited to fighting,
lewdness, harassment and disruptive behavior, will be asked to leave or escorted out. We will not hesitate to call
911. - The Board will prosecute anyone involved in theft and/or vandalism.
- To keep the club welcoming for all, no smoking or vaping is allowed in front of or inside the Club.
- No gambling is permitted on Club premises except for such lotteries, contests or games as may be
approved by the Board of Directors in accordance with the Club’s By-laws. - Soliciting or panhandling is not allowed in or outside the Club.
- The Club is not a night or a day-use shelter. We encourage anyone without shelter to prioritize getting
shelter. Sleeping on Club premises is categorically prohibited. - Everyone needs to be out of the Sun Club between 10 PM and 6 AM
- All people on the premises during a meeting agree to honor the group’s meeting format. Each group
must encourage following the Code of Conduct. - We respectfully ask parents and guardians of children to minimize disruptions to meetings.
- Service dogs are welcome.
- Everyone is expected to clean up after themselves and to participate in keeping the Club clean and
welcoming. - The Club must never be left unlocked with no one inside. Do not leave people without a key inside. If no
one has the code, call Bill N. (208.720.2414) SCN, Chapman R. (208.721.8515) or Larry S. (208.481.2269) SCS. - To donate furniture or decor to the Club, email a picture to info@thesunclub.org
- There are steps to lock up. Whoever is closing needs to check that all doors are locked. Closing summary
here: Turn off all coffee pot switches.- Empty all wet coffee filters/grounds.
- *Close the water input lids and creamer containers.
- Wrap all open food and refrigerate as needed.
- Wash all dishes and set them to dry.
- Turn off lights
